What is The Graston Technique?
Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that is used to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. Stainless steel instruments are moved along the surface where pain is located treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis , scar tissue formation and chronic inflammation.
How often do i need to get Graston done?
Patients usually receive two treatments per week over 3 weeks. Normally you can expect 50-70 results after 3 treatments. It is common to experience discomfort during the procedure and bruising afterwards. This is a normal response and part of the healing process.
